RESERVATION POLICY
We require a deposit of 50% in order to secure your accommodations.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Because we are a small establishment, cancellations affect us considerably. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days before arrival will only have their deposits refunded if the room can be re-booked, less a $50.00 administration fee.
GUEST INFORMATION
- We are pleased to offer a "Smoke-Free Environment", although smoking is allowed outdoors on your balcony.
- Our establishment is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.
- Check-in time is 3:30pm and Check-out time is 11:00am unless otherwise arranged.
- Local calls are free but you will require a Calling Card for long distance calls.
- No pets allowed.
